Step 1: Contact Living Hope Funerals (24/7)
- Call the team at Living Hope when a person has died.
- Provide their name, date of birth and current location.
- Confirm that a doctor has seen the deceased and certified the death.
- The person will then be taken respectfully into our care and transferred to our mortuary.
- You can ask us any questions about our service and request an initial cost estimate.
Step 2: Plan a personalised funeral service
- A meeting will be arranged between your family, celebrant or minister and Living Hope.
- This will be arranged at a convenient time and place to suit you.
- Together we will plan a very personal funeral for your loved one.
- A formal quotation is typically provided after this meeting.
Step 3: Honour their life with family and friends
- You can leave all the funeral coordination with us.
- We will make sure everything runs smoothly on the day, according to your wishes.
- Our team will be there with any support you or your family needs.
Step 4: Support after the funeral
- You may have further questions or need additional support.
- We’ll call you a few days after the funeral to see how you are.
- Information can be provided on who needs to be informed of your loved one’s passing.
- A Death Certificate will be ordered on your behalf, with original and certified copies provided.
