“It was a very emotional and stressful time for us and knowing what steps needed to be taken was overwhelming.
My wife and I enlisted the services of Living Hope and we found the whole team to be sensitive, supportive and professional. We can’t thank them enough.
I spoke with other funeral services and found them impersonal and opaque. When I spoke to Mike from Living Hope, he really listened to our needs and helped us customise a service that we really wanted.
They took care of all the practicalities on the day quietly and respectfully and every attention to detail was taken. It really gave our family the opportunity to celebrate our loved one and not worry about the logistics or operations.
Thanks again for providing an excellent service during a difficult time.

“Over the last 20 years I’ve worked with a wide variety of funeral directors. Some have been warm and helpful. Some stand-offish. Others too pushy.
Usually, I meet the funeral director the week, or often even the day, of the service. As a person passes away and the funeral approaches… I find myself hoping the funeral directors will be supportive and helpful. I hope the church space is respected and the faith of the bereaved family is honoured.
This year I’ve been blessed to be involved with Living Hope Funerals. I’ve worked with them and been served by them, after the passing of my mother. The Living Hope team have been available, relational and flexible. When one family requested a Sunday memorial and Monday committal service, Living Hope were happy to make it work.
I’m confident I will work with them again in the future and comforted that the ongoing relationship will ease my stress when someone passes away. Dave and the team have fulfilled my hopes.
